Born in the year 1985, Roman Reigns date of birth is May 25th and so, wrestler Roman Reigns age is 30 years as of now. Being an athlete, Roman Reigns height is one of his best assets as he stands 1.91 meters tall.

Also, his profession requires him to have Roman Reigns abs which makes him look hotter in the ring. It is believed that Roman Reigns WWE ranking jumped up a few spots due to his stunning body. Well, some of the credit can also be given to Roman Reigns tattoos. As regards Roman Reigns parents, nothing much is known about his mother but his father and Roman Reigns brother are professional wrestlers. To extend to his family, there is nothing known about Roman Reigns sister.
Speaking of his family, by extension, Roman Reigns and The Rock relationship is of cousin brothers. Yes, we are talking about Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. When the news about Roman Reigns brother Rock came out, several other facts came out like Roman Reigns is also a cousin to Umaga, Rikishi and a few more wrestlers. During a particular period of time, Roman Reigns brother Dean Ambrose was also a misconception, but Dean and Roman are just good friends.

Also, there was believed to be some relationship between Roman Reigns and Bohemia but turns out, none has confirmed us on this. Born and brought up in Florida, Roman Reigns nationality is American and so, Roman Reigns education was also persuaded in the typical American manner. He has a management degree.
Many people speak about Roman Reigns best match but his struggle is mostly unseen. Right from Roman Reigns first match till date, he continues to woo his fans and this is one reason why WWE Roman Reigns merchandise is an all sold out including Roman Reigns t shirts and Roman Reigns Mask, every time.

Roman started his WWE career in the year 2010 and since then, Roman Reigns signature moves have been winning over his fans. In all Roman Reigns best fights, his ring skills are applauded when he ends the match with Roman Reigns superman punch. Initially in the year 2010, Reigns performed as a solo and what took away his fans hearts was Roman Reigns first spear as he did it almost like Edge.

Soon after Roman Reigns raw debut, he began to gather publicity and sooner than that, Roman Reigns controversy began to flee. He was always in the news, either due to Roman Reigns new look or due to Roman Reigns injury. This became a serious issue with Roman Reigns surgery and when he couldn’t wrestle for several months. In fact, he can even draw the crowd with Roman Reigns new tattoo. But the WWE management thought that Roman Reigns in Smack down suited more than he did in RAW as his match with Roman Reigns vs John Cena in a main event in Smack down got the most viewers.

A few months later, Roman Reigns in royal rumble also performed amazingly and he found a permanent place in Smack down. This was one of the main highlights of wrestler Roman Reigns bio data and his glorious career in wrestling continues to bloom.
The rumours about Roman Reigns love affairs are a part of his job and the talks about Roman Reigns and Paige dating could be mere business. This is how Roman Reigns love life is portrayed to his fans onscreen, as a rooster. However, some people believed that Roman Reigns and Paige relationship was real and that when Roman Reigns and Paige breakup took place, their fans were heartbroken.

However, soon before we could correctly guess about Roman Reigns girlfriend name, he caught everybody by surprise and wrestler Roman Reigns married his long-time girlfriend, Galina Becker. While talks were being made about Roman Reigns girlfriend ethnicity and her background, Roman Reigns wedding date was announced in the year 2014 and soon everybody saw Roman Reigns with his wife in various award functions.

A weird part about Roman Reigns Galina Becker love story is that the couple has a daughter together even before they married and Roman Reigns daughter name is Joelle Anoa’i. Roman Reigns wife Galina Becker is an American model and wife of wrestler Roman Reigns was voted amongst the hottest wives and girlfriends of 2014.

To speak of their relationship, Roman Reigns Galina Becker age difference is only 2 years and the couple makes it a delight to watch them this as even better when she was known as WWE wrestler Roman Reigns fiancé as there was still some mystery left in the relationship. However, the media loves the couple anyway as there are always gossips about Roman Reigns Galina Becker divorce and Roman Reigns wife pregnant.
Samoan-American wrestler who made his WWE debut in 2012 as a member of The Shield. His birth name is Leati Joseph Anoa'i.
BEFORE FAME

Before joining WWE, he played in Canadian football as defensive tackler (a position where only the strongest can play). Real Name of this WWE superstar is “Leati Joseph Joe Anoa’I”, and he belongs to Anoa’I family, a renowned Samoan-American wrestling dynasty. He started his career in Canadian football but then retired and became professional wrestler.
He started his Wrestling career in 2010 with ring name of Roman Reigns. In 2012 Romans along with partners Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose attacked Ryback and started a new stable in WWE which is known as “The Shield”. After its successful debut, Shield made many successful attacks on WWE superstars.
Roman Reigns is wonderful wrestler who is master of spear and other dangerous moves in the ring. In Royal Rumble 2014 he made history by eliminating 12 other superstars in a single match. Overall he is one of the toughest wrestlers in WWE.

A star defensive tackle at Georgia Tech, Roman Reigns wrecked offensive guards for both the Minnesota Vikings and the Jacksonville Jaguars before becoming a WWE Superstar. The hulking powerhouse brought his smash-mouth gridiron style to WWE’s developmental system, NXT, where he left a long line of tough opponents in crumpled heaps. But it was at the 2012 Survivor Series that Reigns made his greatest impact.

In the heat of a Triple Threat Match between WWE Champion CM Punk, John Cena and Ryback, Reigns hit the ring alongside fellow WWE NXT competitors Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins and unleashed a merciless attack on the mighty Ryback. Tearing at the beast like a pack of hungry jackals, the young competitors ruined Ryback’s opportunity to win the WWE Title and drove him through a ringside table.

Rumors that the group was working in collusion with The Straight Edge Superstar quickly spread, but those ties were strongly denied when Reigns, Rollins and Ambrose sat down with Michael Cole for an interview. Branding themselves “The Shield,” the band of upstarts in black tactical gear claimed that they weren’t in WWE to aid Punk, but to halt injustice. From then on, the group targeted anyone and everyone they saw as an example of said injustice, with Reigns slowly emerging as the trio’s juggernaut. At Extreme Rules 2013, Rollins & Reigns bested Team Hell No to win the WWE Tag Team Titles, later targeting Daniel Bryan on multiple occasions on the orders of WWE COO Triple H and his corporate Authority.

Reigns didn’t even suffer his first pinfall until nearly a year after The Shield debuted when he was eliminated by The Usos in the first-ever 11-on-3 Handicap Elimination Tag Team Match that pitted The Hounds against Bryan and his locker-room supporters. As tensions began to rise between The Shield and The Authority in 2014, The Authority was revealed to view The Shield as “expendable” and The Hounds turned on their handlers, causing Triple H to re-form Evolution in retaliation. When that plan failed, he recruited Rollins to his own ranks, causing The Shield to implode.

Following the breakup of The Shield, Reigns began an explosive pursuit of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship and, eventually, he seemed to have the prize within his grasp when he overcome 29 other Superstars in the 2015 Royal Rumble Match. With The Rock stepping through the ropes to raise his hand in victory, the powerful Superstar was headed to WrestleMania. However, some among the WWE Universe felt Daniel Bryan was more deserving of the match. So, at WWE Fastlane, Reigns and Bryan battled to decide who would face Lesnar on The Grandest Stage of Them All. Bryan pushed Reigns to the limit and pulled out all the stops. However, a last-second Spear allowed Reigns to secure the victory and retain his place in the main event at WrestleMania.

At WrestleMania 31, Reigns challenged Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in a brutal match. Toward the end of the match, Mr. Money in the Bank Seth Rollins made an appearance, cashing in his contract and making the main event a Triple Threat Match. After getting hit with a vicious Curb Stomp, Reigns was pinned by Rollins, making Rollins the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. A Triple Threat Match against Randy Orton and Ryback gave Reigns an opportunity at becoming No. 1 contender, but Big Show knocked him out in the heat of the match.

The Big Dog would get payback, however, overcoming The World's Largest Athlete in a Last Man Standing Match at Extreme Rules. Then, Reigns competed in a brutal Fatal 4-Way Match for the WWE World Heavyweight Title at WWE Payback, taking on Rollins, Ambrose and The Viper. Though he was unsuccessful in that effort, Reigns had another opportunity to earn a chance for the championship at WWE Money in the Bank 2015. He looked to have the match won before Bray Wyatt made an unexpected appearance, knocking him off the ladder and hitting Sister Abigail to dash The Big Dog's chances. Over the next week, Wyatt would make thinly veiled threats against Reigns' daughter in an attempt to get inside The Big Dog's head. At WWE Battleground, Reigns suffered another questionable defeat when a hooded Luke Harper aided Wyatt in victory.

At SummerSlam, the formitable combination of Dean Amborse & Roman Reigns overcame Bray Wyatt & Luke Harper. When The Wyatts revealed their newest family member, Braun Strowman, a six-man bout was set for Night of Champions, with Reigns & Ambrose selecting a mystery partner to even the odds. That partner was later revealed to be Chris Jericho, whose own impetuousness cost his team the match.

After Seth Rollins suffered a knee injury that would keep him out of action for six to nine months, a tournament was created to declare a new WWE World Heavyweight Champion. After turning down WWE COO Triple H's support, The Big Dog overcame Big Show, Cesaro and United States Champion Alberto Del Rio to reach the finals against Dean Ambrose. But, after beating The Lunatic Fringe in epic fashion, Reigns was hit with a Brogue Kick out of nowhere from Sheamus. The Celtic Warrior cashed in his Money in the Back contract and stole the World Title away from the black-clad Superstar, but Reigns' rematch was made the very next night for WWE TLC with the formidable stipulation of Tables, Ladders & Chairs.

He defeated Mankind at WrestleMania and got a chance to become referee at the main event against The Rock and Steve Austin. Vince McMahon berated Show and Show then punched McMahon.

The Big Show then teamed up with The Undertaker and beating Kane and X-Pac for the WWF Tag titles but they lost titles a few weeks later to The Rock and Mankind. Show then got involved in an angle where his dad was apparently dying of cancer while he was feuding with the Big Bossman. The Bossman sent a fake policeman to report his father died during a RAW, which upset Wight huge. Later Show’s dad eventually died, and Bossman continued to further desecrate his father’s memory, as well as attacking Wight at his funeral. Show finally defeated the Big Bossman. Big Show was then sent to Ohio Valley Wrestling for few months to lose weight. Then after a long absense, Show makes his return at the Royal Rumble of 2001.
Big Show and Kane defeated Carlito and Chris Masters at WrestleMania 22, marking Show’s first victory at WrestleMania after suffering six defeats. On December 6, 2006 following some injuries, WWE announced that Show was taking time off from the ring to heal injuries he had sustained on ECW. Later Big Show made his long-awaited return to WWE at No Way Out 2008 stating that he had lost 108 pounds. At Night of Champions 2009, Big Show was announced as Chris Jericho’s new tag team partner. Now the big show is fighting with WWE under the brand WWE Raw & smackdown. He is currently the Unified Tag Team Champion with partner as Chris Jericho and is scheduled for a TLC match with the DX this week.
Wight debuted in WCW at The Great American Bash on June 18, 1995 as a plant during the match between Arn Anderson and The Renegade, who was accompanied by manager Jimmy Hart. Nearly a month later at a Main Event show, prior to Bash at the Beach, Wight interfered in an interview between Hulk Hogan and “Mean” Gene Okerlund. Wight introduced himself as The Giant, and claimed in character, to be the son of André the Giant and blaming Hulk Hogan for the death of his “father” resulting to the start of rivalary between Hogan and the big show.
On October 29, The Giant came to the ring with The Taskmaster and challenged Hogan for the WCW World Heavyweight Championship, making his WCW in-ring debut. Giant was awarded the victory by disqualification after interference from Jimmy Hart, Hogan’s manager. Hart then revealed that the contract Hogan signed (which he had written) had a clause stating that the title would change hands on a disqualification, and, as Hart had intentionally caused a disqualification, The Giant was the new World Heavyweight Champion. The title was held up one week later as a result of the controversial finish of the match.
After a short feud with The Loch Ness Monster, The Giant won the World Heavyweight Championship a second time by defeating Ric Flair. After Hogan formed the New World Order (nWo), he defeated The Giant for the Championship at Hog Wild following interference from Scott Hall and Kevin Nash. The Giant joined the nWo twenty three days later, citing Ted DiBiase’s money as his primary motivation, feuding with Lex Luger and the Four Horsemen.
After the nWo and the nWo Wolfpac merged together again in January 1999, Hogan declared that there was only room for one “giant” in the group, and forced Giant and Nash to wrestle for that spot. Nash defeated him following a run-in by Scott Hall and Eric Bischoff. The Giant was then attacked by the entire nWo. Unhappy with his remuneration, Wight allowed his WCW contract to expire on February 8, 1999 at his 27th birthday.
1999–2000
Wight signed a ten-year contract with the World Wrestling Federation on February 9, 1999, debuting as a villain and a member of Vince McMahon’s stable, The Corporation, at St. Valentine’s Day Massacre: In Your House. During the Mr Vince McMahon versus Steve Austin cage match, Wight tore through the canvas from underneath the ring and attacked Austin. However, Wight cost McMahon the match when he threw Austin into the side of the cage and the cage broke, spilling Austin outside to the floor and granting him the victory.
When The Undertaker was sidelined with injuries, Wight set his sights on the WWF Championship. After Steve Austin was run-over at the 1999 Survivor Series, Wight was given his place in the triple threat match for the WWF Championship. In that match, which also featured The Rock, he pinned Triple H to become champion.
2001–2003
Wight returned at the 2001 Royal Rumble, but was eliminated by The Rock. Angered by his quick elimination, Wight proceeded to chokeslam The Rock through the announcer’s table before leaving the arena. He then began competing for the WWF Hardcore Championship, which he lost to Kane in a Triple Threat match which also included Raven at WrestleMania X-Seven.
In late 2002, Wight was traded to SmackDown!, immediately challenging Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship. Wight became a two-time WWE Champion defeating Lesnar at Survivor Series, after Brock’s manager Paul Heyman turned on him. At No Mercy, Wight defeated Eddie Guerrero for the WWE United States Championship and then formed an alliance with the then WWE Champion Brock Lesnar.
2004–2006
Wight abandoned a departing Lesnar immediately before WrestleMania XX. At the pay-per-view, Wight lost the United States Championship to John Cena.
On April 3, 2005 at WrestleMania 21, Wight faced Sumo Grand Champion Akebono in a worked sumo match; the match was added to the show to attract a strong pay-per-view audience in Japan, where Akebono is considered a sporting legend.
On October 17, Wight defeated Edge and was thus entered in an online opinion poll, with the winner of the poll facing John Cena and Kurt Angle in a Triple Threat match for the WWE Championship at Taboo Tuesday. The poll was won by Shawn Michaels, meaning that the other two options would wrestle for the World Tag Team Championship. Wight teamed with Kane to defeat Lance Cade and Trevor Murdoch for the Tag Team Championship.
At WWE vs. ECW Head to Head on June 7, Wight jumped to the returning ECW brand; he removed his Raw shirt to reveal an ECW shirt during a twenty man battle royal including members of the Raw and SmackDown rosters against members of the ECW roster.
On the July 4 episode of ECW on Sci Fi, Wight beat Van Dam to win the ECW World Championship with the assistance of ECW’s General Manager Paul Heyman, who declined to make the three-count for Van Dam after Van Dam hit his signature Five Star Frog Splash on the Big Show.
At Cyber Sunday he faced John Cena and King Booker in a Champion of Champions match. The fans voted for King Booker’s World Heavyweight Championship to be on the line. Booker won the match following interference from Kevin Federline, who was just beginning a feud with Cena at the time. At Survivor Series, Cena wrestled Big Show in a traditional 10-Man Survivor Series Tag Team Match, with Cena and Bobby Lashley leaving as the sole survivors of the match after Cena pinned Big Show to claim the victory due to a double team with Lashley. Wight then began a feud with Lashley, who left SmackDown! to join the ECW brand to participate in the Extreme Elimination Chamber match at December to Dismember for the ECW Championship. After busting Big Show open by breaking one of the plexiglass pods with his face, Lashley speared and pinned him to claim the ECW Championship. On December 6, 2006 following an unsuccessful rematch, WWE.com announced that Wight was taking time off from the ring to heal injuries he had sustained on ECW.
A noticeably slimmer Wight returned to WWE under his last used ring name (The) Big Show, at No Way Out, stating that he had lost 108 pounds, previously weighing at least 500 pounds when he took time off from injuries. Wight then attempted to attack Rey Mysterio after his World Heavyweight Championship match with then champion Edge but got into a physical confrontation with boxer Floyd Mayweather, Jr. after Mayweather came from the crowd to defend his friend Rey. The confrontation ended with Mayweather breaking Wight’s nose with a punching combination.
On April 13, Big Show was drafted to the Raw brand as a part of the 2009 WWE Draft. At Backlash, Big Show interfered in a Last Man Standing match for the World Heavyweight Championship between Cena and Edge, when he threw Cena into a spotlight, thus resulting in Edge winning the title.
At Night of Champions, Big Show was announced as Chris Jericho’s new tag team partner, after replacing Edge. The new duo was able to successfully defend the Unified WWE Tag Team Championship against The Legacy when Big Show forced Ted DiBiase to submit to the Colossal Clutch.
Like André the Giant, Wight has acromegaly, a disease of the endocrine system. Wight underwent successful surgery in the early 1990s on his pituitary gland which halted the progress of this condition. By the age of twelve, Wight was 6 ft 2 in (1.88 m) tall, weighed 220 lb (100 kg), and had chest hair. In 1991, as a member of the Wichita State University basketball team at age nineteen, Wight was listed at 7 ft 1 in (2.16 m). His shoe size is 22 5 E, his ring size is 22.5, and his chest is 64 inches (160 cm) in circumference. In 2005, Wight leased a bus and hired a bus driver because of the practical problems his size presents to air travel and car rental.
Wight played basketball and football in high school at Wyman King Academy in Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina. He was a standout center for the basketball team and a tight end for the football team. While at Wichita State University, Wight played basketball, and is a member of the Beta-Chi Chapter of Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity at Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. Wight also attended Southern Illinois University Edwardsville from 1992 to 1993 and was a member of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division II Cougars basketball team. During his one year at SIUE, Wight scored a total of thirty-nine points for the Cougars in limited action.
In December 1998, Wight was arrested and detained for allegedly exposing himself to a hotel clerk in Memphis, Tennessee. Wight was later released due to a lack of evidence.
Wight married his first wife, Melissa Ann Piavis, on February 14, 1997. They separated in 2000 and their divorce was finalized on February 6, 2002. Together they have a daughter named Cierra. He married his second wife, Bess Katramados, on February 11, 2002.
In March 1999, Wight was charged with assault by Robert Sawyer, who alleged that Wight had broken his jaw during the summer of 1998 in the course of an altercation at Marriott Hotels & Resorts in Uniondale, New York. Wight claimed that Sawyer had verbally abused, threatened, and shoved him, and that he had responded by punching Sawyer. After three days, Judge Thomas Feinman gave a verdict of not guilty.

ROB SKATZOWSKI.!ROB VAN DAM

Rob Van Dam was born in 1970 in Battle Creek, Michigan as Robert Szatkowski. In 1987, he made his first appearance in the WWF, about 10 years before he’d make his first wrestling appearance there. Before arriving in Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), he wrestled for various independent promotions, the most notable being Jerry “The King” Lawler’s USWA. In 1992 he also had a few under-the-radar appearances in WCW before he was released. It was during this time (his early career that is) that Szatkowski received the name we all know him by, Rob Van Dam. It wouldn’t be until 1996, however, when RVD would make a huge splash (literally) in the world of Professional Wrestling.

In January of 1996, Rob Van Dam debuted in ECW under the gimmick of a stoner and as a face. His first title opportunity came in March of that year, when he faced 2 Cold Scorpio for the ECW Television Championship, which he later held for nearly two years, but he couldn’t win the title this time. Rob Van Dam’s first big-feud was with long-time rival Sabu. After Sabu one a match between the two, RVD refused to shake his hand. The same thing happened next time they faced, even though Van Dam won. This was the beginning of a heel turn for Rob Van Dam (and he was managed by Bill Alfonso at this time). The next match between these two rivals was at Hardcore Heaven, which was to prove who the better man was, and Sabu became victorious. The next time these two faced was in a stretcher match. Sabu won yet again after Rob Van Dam missed a move outside the ring, and Sabu quickly capitalized and won. After they’re many bouts against each other, RVD and Sabu united as a team. The duo’s first big feud was against Perry Saturn and John Kronus, The Eliminators. At ECW’s CyberSlam PPV, the Eliminators retained their ECW World Tag Team Titles over Van Dam and Sabu in a TLC match (Tables, Ladders and Chairs). In May of 1997, RVD made appearances on Monday Night Raw with Jerry “The King” Lawler and his anti-ECW movement. Rob even said: “ECW is nothing but low-budgeted, very low-talented wannabes that can not hold on to someone with the extreme talents of Rob Van Dam”. After returning to ECW in June, Van Dam continued to team with Sabu, and also began a feud with Tommy Dreamer, who was angry at RVD for betraying ECW and going on RAW. Sabu and RVD faced off several times against the team of Tommy Dreamer and The Sandman. RVD and Tommy Dreamer faced off Mano a Mano in a Hardcore match, and RVD came out as the winner. Rob Van Dam and Sabu would team up several times in the not to distant future from that point on, and RVD faced Dreamer in singles competition several times as well. The final match between the two was a four-on-four match, in which Dreamer’s team defeated Van Dam’s team. In early 1998, Rob began a feud with the stable Triple Threat as a face. Members of the stable and Rob exchanged wins for a few months. In April of that year, Rob Van Dam won his first championship in ECW, the World Television Championship from Bam Bam Bigelow. Sabu earned a title match against his partner, but RVD retained via No Contest. In late June, Rob Van Dam and Sabu defeated Lance Storm and Chris Candido to win the ECW World Tag Team Championships, which gave RVD 2 Titles. The team lost their titles to the Dudleyz, but won them back later in the year.    In 2001, WWF purchased ECW and World Championship Wrestling (WCW), leading to RVD signing a contract with WWF. On July 9 edition of Raw is War, RVD re-debuted in WWF as a heel. He was a part of ECW invaders. Later that night, RVD competed in his first match. RVD, as a part of Team ECW, consisting of Mike Awesome, Tazz, Tommy Dreamer, Raven, Justin Credible, Rhyno, Lance Storm and Dudley Boyz competed against Team WWF, consisting of Big Show, Billy Gunn, Hardcore Holly and Acolytes Protection Agency and Team WCW, consisting of Kanyon, Shawn Stasiak, Mark Jindrak, Sean O'Haire and Chuck Palumbo to a no contest when WCW turned on WWF as WCW and ECW double-teamed WWF. ECW wrestlers formed an alliance with WCW wrestlers to from a faction called The Alliance. Alliance feuded with WWF wrestlers in attempt to take over WWF.

At Invasion, RVD made his WWF pay-per-view debut. He represented Alliance and defeated WWF's Jeff Hardy in a Hardcore match to win the WWF Hardcore Championship, thus winning his first championship in WWF. On August 13 edition of Raw is War, RVD defended the championship against Kurt Angle, during which Hardy used the 24/7 Rule and pinned RVD to win the championship after Angle delivered an Olympic Slam to RVD. RVD's reign ended at 22 days. At SummerSlam, RVD defeated Hardy in a Ladder match to win his second WWF Hardcore Championship. On August 23 edition of SmackDown!, RVD defeated Hardy to retain the championship, thus ending the rivalry.

On September 10 edition of Raw is War, RVD lost the WWF Hardcore Championship to Kurt Angle. RVD's reign ended at 22 days. CHRISTOPHER KEITH IRVINE.!CHRIS JERICHO

Christopher Keith Irvine (born November 9, 1970), better known by the ring name Chris Jericho, is a Canadian American professional wrestler, musician, media personality, actor, author, and businessman. He is best known for his time in the World Wrestling Federation/World Wrestling Entertainment (WWF/WWE), Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW), and World Championship Wrestling (WCW), and internationally in Canadian, German, Japanese, and Mexican promotions. He is known for his over-the-top, rock star persona - dubbed "The Ayatollah of Rock 'n' Rolla" - and for a contrasting run as an aloof villain in the late 2000s and early 2010s. Jericho has won 30 championships between WWE, WCW, and ECW - the three most prominent American promotions in the 1990s and early 2000s. He is credited as being the first Undisputed WWF Champion, having unified the World Championship (formerly the WCW Championship) and the WWF Championship by defeating The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin on the same night in 2001. He is also the ninth WWE Triple Crown Champion, as well as the fourth WWE Grand Slam Champion. In addition, he was the 2008 Superstar of the Year Slammy Award winner and (along with Big Show as Jeri-Show) won the 2009 Tag Team of the Year Slammy Award - making him the only winner of both Superstar and Tag Team of the Year in WWE history. Jericho first challenged for a world championship in 1996. In WWE, he is a six-time world champion, having won the WWF Championship once, the WCW/World Championship twice, and the World Heavyweight Championship three times. He is also a record nine-time Intercontinental Champion, beating out four other contenders in a 2013 WWE fan poll to determine the greatest champion in history with a landslide 63% of the vote. In 2014, WWE ranked Jericho's debut with the organization - on the August 9, 1999 edition of Raw Is War - number one in its countdown of the "Most Memorable WWE Debuts". Jericho has headlined many major pay-per-view events during his time with the company, including a performance as the Undisputed WWF Champion at WrestleMania X8 in 2002. Outside of wrestling, Jericho became the lead vocalist of the band Fozzy in 1999. Their eponymous debut album (2000) and Happenstance (2002) consist of cover songs and original music; later records All That Remains (2005), Chasing the Grail (2010), Sin and Bones (2012), and Do You Wanna Start a War (2014) are comprised entirely or predominantly of original compositions. Jericho also competed in the 2011 series of Dancing With the Stars, lasting until the sixth week. Prior to this, he hosted the ABC game show Downfall and the Revolver Golden Gods Awards. Early life: Chris Irvine was born in Manhasset, New York, when his father (ice hockey player Ted Irvine) had relocated to play for the New York Rangers. When his dad retired they moved back to Winnipeg. His interest in professional wrestling began when he began watching the local American Wrestling Association events that took place at the Winnipeg Arena with his family, and his desire to become a wrestler himself began when he saw footage of Owen Hart's (then appearing with Stampede Wrestling) performing various high-flying wrestling moves. In addition to Owen Hart, Irvine also cites Ricky "The Dragon" Steamboat and Shawn Michaels as inspirations for his becoming a wrestler. His first experience with a wrestling promotion was when he acted as part of the ring crew for the first tour of the newly opened Keystone Wrestling Alliance promotion, where he learned important pointers from independent wrestlers Catfish Charlie and Caveman Broda. He also took a course in creative communication at Red River Community College, where he would graduate with top honors. Professional wrestling career: Early career (1990-1995): At age 19, Irvine entered the Hart Brothers School of Wrestling where, on his first day, he met Lance Evers. Two months later, he was ready to start wrestling on independent shows, making his debut at the Moose Hall in Ponoka, Alberta as "Cowboy" Chris Jerico, on October 2, 1990, in a 10-minute time limit draw against Storm. The pair then worked as a tag team, initially called "Sudden Impact". He took the name "Jericho" from an album, Walls of Jericho, by German power metal band, Helloween. Jericho and Storm worked for Tony Condello in the tours of Northern Manitoba with Adam Copeland (Edge), Jason Reso (Christian), and Terry Gerin (Rhino). The pair also wrestled in Calgary's Canadian National Wrestling Alliance (CNWA) and Canadian Rocky Mountain Wrestling (CRMW). In 1991, Jericho and Storm started touring in Japan for Frontier Martial-Arts Wrestling, where he befriended Ricky Fuji, who also trained under Stu Hart. In the winter of 1992, he travelled to Mexico and competed under the name Leon D'Oro, and later Corazón de León, where he wrestled for several small wrestling companies, as well as the largest in the country, Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). In CMLL, Jericho took on Silver King, Negro Casas, and Último Dragón en route to an 11-month reign as the NWA Middleweight Champion that began in December 1993. After leaving Mexico, Jericho wrestled in Hamburg, Germany for six weeks as part of a tournament run by Rene Lasartesse. His burgeoning wrestling skills also took him to Japan in 1994, where he competed for Genichiro Tenryu's Wrestling and Romance (later known as Wrestle Association "R") (WAR) promotion, facing the likes of Gedo and Último Dragón, to whom he lost the WAR International Junior Heavyweight Championship. He also became a member of the heel stable Fuyuki-Gun (also known as Team No Respect) with Gedo, Jado, and Hiromichi Fuyuki under the name Lion Do, and went on to team with Gedo to become the first WAR International Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Champions. 1994 also saw Jericho reunited with his former team-mate from CRMW, Storm, as the Thrillseekers in Jim Cornette's Smoky Mountain Wrestling (SMW) promotion, where they feuded with the likes of Well Dunn, The Rock 'n' Roll Express, and The Heavenly Bodies. In December 1995, Jericho competed in the second Super J Cup Tournament, hosted by WAR, losing to Wild Pegasus (Chris Benoit). Extreme Championship Wrestling (1995-1996): In 1996, thanks in part to recommendations by Benoit and Perry Saturn, to promoter Paul Heyman, and after Mick Foley saw Jericho's match against Último Dragón for the WAR International Junior Heavyweight Championship in July 1995 and gave a tape of the match to Heyman, Jericho began wrestling for the Philadelphia-based Extreme Championship Wrestling (ECW) promotion, winning the ECW World Television Championship from Pitbull #2 in June 1996. While in ECW, Jericho wrestled Taz, Sabu, Rob Van Dam, Foley (as Cactus Jack), Shane Douglas, and 2 Cold Scorpio. It was during this time that he drew the attention of World Championship Wrestling (WCW). World Championship Wrestling: Cruiserweight Champion (1997-1998): On August 26, 1996, Jericho made his first appearance with WCW on WCW Monday Nitro against Alex Wright, and on September 15, he appeared at his first pay-per-view show in a match against Chris Benoit at Fall Brawl. In January 1997, Jericho made his debut for New Japan Pro Wrestling, who had a working agreement with WCW, as Super Liger, the masked nemesis of Jushin Thunder Liger

The 140 day reign of Jeri-Show as Unified Tag Team Champions came to an end at the TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs pay-per-view at the hands of D-Generation X (DX). As a member of the SmackDown roster, Jericho could only appear on Raw as a champion and so DX intentionally disqualified themselves in a rematch to force Jericho off the show. Eventually the teams had a match with a definitive finish, though DX still won, signalling the end of Jeri-Show. At the 2010 Royal Rumble Jericho was eliminated by the returning Edge, his former tag team partner, who went on to win the match. At Elimination Chamber, Jericho won the World Heavyweight Championship in an Elimination Chamber match, defeating The Undertaker following interference from Shawn Michaels. The next night on Raw, Edge announced that he would be using his Royal Rumble win to challenge Jericho for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania XXVI. Jericho defeated Edge, but on the April 2 episode of SmackDown!, Jack Swagger cashed in his Money in the Bank contract and pinned Jericho for the championship, after he had been speared by Edge. Swagger retained the championship in a match against Jericho and Edge soon after. Edge defeated Jericho in a steel cage match at Extreme Rules to end the feud. Jericho was drafted back to Raw in May's 2010 WWE Draft. He formed a brief tag team with The Miz and unsuccessfully challenged The Hart Dynasty for the Unified Tag Team Championship at Over the Limit A month later, Jericho lost to Evan Bourne at WWE Fatal 4-Way, and the following night won a rematch where he put his career on the line. On the July 19 episode of Raw, after being assaulted by The Nexus, Jericho began showing signs of a face turn when he teamed with rivals Edge, John Morrison, R-Truth, The Great Khali and Bret Hart in a team led by John Cena to face The Nexus at SummerSlam. Jericho and Cena bickered over leadership of the team, which led to him and Edge attacking Cena during the SummerSlam match that they won. According to Jericho and Edge, the original plan was to put Barrett over. At the end, Jericho and Edge would have lost to The Nexus. However, Cena insisted on coming back from a DDT on the floor to defeat Barrett and Gabriel. Jericho said that it was a bad idea, because Barrett was not pushed. Jericho was punished for not showing solidarity against Nexus, when he was removed from a Six-Pack Challenge for Sheamus' WWE Championship at WWE Night of Champions. Although he re-earned his place in the match he was the first man eliminated. Following an unscripted backstage interview, Jericho burst into tears and fled from the arena. On the September 27 episode of Raw, Jericho faced Randy Orton who punted him in the head. This was used to explain Jericho's departure from the company. Second return to WWE: Championship pursuits (2011-2012): Beginning in November 2011, WWE aired cryptic vignettes that promoted a wrestler's return on the January 2, 2012 episode of Raw. Jericho returned on the January 2 episode of Raw in a similar manner to his two previous WWE introductions. Despite being a heel, Jericho was still cheered due to his long absence from WWE. On his return, after physically hyping the crowd and relishing their cheers for a prolonged period, a smiling Jericho left without verbally addressing his return. The following week he came out to speak but broke into tears and left the arena while a speechless crowd looked on. On the January 16 episode of Raw, Jericho made his in-ring return in a six-man tag team match, although Jericho had no physical involvement in the match; he hyped the crowd upon tagging in, then tagged out and abandoned the match. Jericho finally spoke the following week to say, "This Sunday at the Royal Rumble, it is going to be the end of the world as you know it", but in the Royal Rumble match, he was eliminated last, by Sheamus. On the January 30 episode of Raw, Jericho interfered in a match between WWE Champion CM Punk and World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan, causing a disqualification victory for Bryan and then attacking Punk following the ruling. This was done to fully cement Chris Jericho as a heel. The following week, Jericho explained his actions by claiming many other wrestlers in WWE were imitating him and naming CM Punk as the worst offender by calling himself the "Best in the World". Jericho was placed in an Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Championship and won a Six-Pack Challenge against the other competitors to be the final entrant into the Elimination Chamber match. At the Elimination Chamber event, Jericho eliminated Dolph Ziggler and Kofi Kingston but was kicked out of the Chamber by Punk, which injured him and removed him from the match without being eliminated. The following night on Raw, Jericho won a ten-man Battle Royal making him the number one contender for CM Punk's WWE Championship at Wrestlemania XXVIII. In a bid to psychologically unsettle Punk before their WrestleMania match, Jericho revealed that Punk's father was an alcoholic and Punk's sister was a drug addict which led Punk to his straight edge philosophy; Jericho also vowed to make Punk turn to alcohol by winning Punk's title from him. At WrestleMania, a stipulation was added that Punk would lose his WWE Championship if he was disqualified. During the match, Jericho unsuccessfully tried to taunt Punk into disqualifying himself, and Punk won the match. On the April 2 and 9 episodes of Raw, Jericho continued his feud with Punk by attacking and dousing him with alcohol after his matches with Mark Henry. At Extreme Rules, Jericho failed again to capture the WWE Championship from Punk in a Chicago Street Fight. On the May 7 episode of Raw, Jericho pinned World Heavyweight Champion Sheamus during his tag team match with Alberto Del Rio against Sheamus and Randy Orton. After the match, Jericho, Orton, and Del Rio demanded a match for Sheamus' title at the Over the Limit, which they were granted; Sheamus pinned Jericho at the event to retain the title. On May 24, at a WWE live event in Brazil, Jericho wrestled a match against CM Punk, during which Jericho crumpled up and kicked a Brazilian flag, causing local police to intervene and threaten Jericho with arrest. Jericho issued an apology to the audience, enabling the event to resume. The following day, WWE suspended Jericho for 30 days while apologising to the people and government of Brazil. Jericho returned on the June 25 episode of Raw, and his absence was explained by a European tour with his band Fozzy which happened to coincide with his suspension. At Money in the Bank, Jericho participated in the WWE Championship Money in the Bank match but failed to win. The following night on Raw, Jericho confronted newly crowned Mr. Money in the Bank, Dolph Ziggler, who claimed that Jericho had lost his touch. Jericho hit Ziggler with a Codebreaker, and turning face in the process for the first time since 2008. Four days later on SmackDown, Jericho further cemented his face turn by attacking again Ziggler whilst wearing Ziggler's T-shirt. Three days later on Raw, Jericho teamed up with Christian in a winning effort against Ziggler and The Miz. After the match, Ziggler hit Jericho with his Money in the Bank briefcase. Four days later on Smackdown, Jericho hosted the Highlight Reel with Vickie Guerrero as guest, where he returned to his Y2J gimmick before being attacked by Ziggler. At SummerSlam, Jericho defeated Ziggler in a singles match. The following night on Raw, Ziggler defeated Jericho in a rematch; as a result, Ziggler retained his Money in the Bank contract and Jericho's WWE contract was terminated as per a pre match stipulation put in place by Raw General Manager, AJ Lee. This was used to write him off so he could tour with Fozzy for the remainder of the year. Part-time appearances (2013-present): On January 27, 2013, Jericho returned after a six-month hiatus entering the Royal Rumble match as the second entrant. Jericho lasted over 47 minutes before being eliminated by Dolph Ziggler. The following night on Raw, Jericho later revealed to Ziggler that due to a managerial change on Raw, he had been rehired by Vickie Guerrero, resuming his feud with Ziggler. Guerrero then placed the two in a "Strange Bedfellows" match against WWE Tag Team Champions Team Hell No (Daniel Bryan and Kane). The match ended with Ziggler being chokeslammed and pinned by Kane after Jericho framed him for pushing Kane. On the February 11 episode of Raw, Jericho defeated Daniel Bryan to qualify for a spot in the number one contender Elimination Chamber match for the World Heavyweight Championship. Six days later at the Elimination Chamber pay-per-view, Jericho was the fourth man eliminated from the match by Randy Orton.
